Women’s Wing ECC is a social service group in Malappuram, Kerala. We help our neighbors by focusing on education, women's rights, and healthcare for the elderly and ill. We believe in working together to build a better, more independent community for everyone
Eligibility
- Commitment: Membership is open to individuals who align with the mission of ECC and are committed to social service.
- Location: Open to all women across India. We value diversity in location and language; the only requirement for membership is a shared commitment to our cause.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Active Participation: Members are expected to contribute their maximum partcipation in all our initiatives.
- Advocacy: Members should act as ambassadors for the NGO, promoting our values and maintaining a positive public image.
- Confidentiality: Members must respect the privacy of the individuals we serve, particularly in palliative care and sensitive empowerment cases.
Ethical Conduct
- Non-Discrimination: ECC is an inclusive space. Members must treat everyone with respect regardless of caste, creed, or economic status.
- Integrity: No member shall use the name of Women's Wing ECC for personal gain or unauthorized fundraising.
- Professionalism: During field visits (especially palliative care), members must follow the prescribed safety and empathy protocols.
Administrative Rules
- Meetings: Attendance at the monthly general body meeting is mandatory (minimum 75% attendance required annually).
- Membership Fees: A monthly/annual subscription fee must be paid to sustain our community operations.
- Resignation: Members wishing to leave must provide a written notice two weeks in advance.
Termination of Membership
- Membership may be revoked if a member is found engaging in activities that harm the NGO's reputation or violate the core ethics of the organization.
